I highly recommend Eric Matz for your real-estate agent. We remodeled our house prior to putting it on the market. We also moved away from the Poway area. Eric stepped in to work with our contractor and be our advocate to keep him on schedule and to keep the budget down. For example we reroofed. The contractors roofer wanted $40k for the job. Eric suggested his go-to roofer who charged $18k for the same work. It's frustrating to live far away when remodeling. Eric's help and expertise were a fantastic asset that I came to rely on. For the sale of the house Eric held numerous open houses, placed ads in the paper, corrected Zillow listings and kept in constant contact to let us know how things were going. I don't think that you can find a better real-estate agent.

Eric went above and beyond, over and over again. I wouldn't expect as much from an English butler. He helped us navigate several complexities with the house and the sale with patience and compassion. He brought in several contractors who were top notch. He worked hard to keep our costs down. He understood the strengths and weakness of the house and helped us to get a fair price with integrity. I will certainly look him up if I'm in the market again.

Despite having sold our home in an amazing seven days, Eric Matz is not just looking for a quick deal...he's looking for a lifelong relationship. Eric did a great job helping price our home and market it. We got multiple offers and quickly reached a good price that worked for both sellers and buyers.
